Palouse Family Apartments & Traditions at South Hill

This proposed development is divided into two separate projects. The first project, Palouse Family Apartments is a 232-unit Multifamily Apartment complex which extends north from the Palouse Highway to 44th Avenue. The second project, Traditions at South Hill is a 150-unit senior adult housing development located on the southeast corner of the 44th Avenue alignment & Apollo Street.
