We are pleased to announce the merger of Whipple Consulting Engineers, Inc. (WCE) and Saywers Engineering Company (SEC). WCE is a full service Civil Engineering, Planning and Survey company providing services mainly to the development community. This merger which has been in the works for quite some time finally has come to fruition. The combined company will be called Whipple Consulting Engineers, Inc. for the near future with a change ultimately to Whipple Saywers and Associates, Inc. (WSA). The addition of Saywers and his staff brings the total employees of WCE to 22. The company will be located in the current WCE offices at 2528 N. Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley, WA. In their roles, Todd Whipple will be President and John Saywers will become Vice-President of WCE/WSA.
